I’ve found that the adage “A picture is worth a thousand words” rings true in this profession. Prior to utilizing Chris, I had gone through more photographers than I could count and was never satisfied with the results. Since getting Chris’s contact info from a colleague a few years ago, he has done all my shoots (sans one, which I had him re-shoot when he was back in town). He’s also easy to communicate with and is willing to reshoot things when I decide to be extra high maintenance. His turnaround times are commendable, as he understands that my clientele is expecting me to get the property listed with same day photography. I’ve never been concerned in regard to his ability to work independently, he often is given the contractor codes to my listings and executes without incident. I find his value to be fair, and he has done a good job of integrating additional services into his repertoire as he has expanded.
