BOOKING & SCHEDULING
How do I schedule a photography session?
You can book your session online through our booking system Choose the services or package you need, select an available date and time, and you're all set.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, particularly during busy spring and summer months. Last-minute appointments may be available depending on the schedule. We can typically get you scheduled within 2-4 days.
How long does a typical photography appointment take?
Standard residential sessions can take approximately 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the size of the property and services selected.
Can I schedule multiple services at the same time?
Absolutely. That's one of the advantages of using Rip City Photography. Photography, drone, video, floor plans, Zillow 3D and other services can often be completed during the same appointment.
PREPARING YOUR PROPERTY
How should I prepare my listing before you arrive?
The better prepared the home, the better the final images. We recommend decluttering, cleaning, opening blinds and curtains, turning on lights, hiding trash cans, lowering toilet seats, and removing pet and personal items when possible.
Do you provide staging?
We don't provide traditional physical staging, but we do offer virtual staging as an additional service.
What if the property isn't completely ready when you arrive?
We'll do our best to work with what's available, but preparation makes a significant difference. Major cleaning, repairs or extensive rearranging aren't included in the photography service.
PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA
How many photos will I receive?
The number of delivered photographs depends on the package and property. We focus on delivering as many photos as needed to show the entire house and property.
Do you photograph exteriors and the surrounding property?
Yes. Exterior photography is an important part of telling the complete story of a listing.
Do you offer drone photography?
Yes. Aerial imaging (Drone photography) is available as part of select packages and can also be added separately. We are FAA licensed and follow all rules and regulations governed by the FAA.
Do you offer video?
Yes. Our Elevated package includes social media clips that can be used on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Our Signature package also includes a 2–4 minute walkthrough video, and video services may also be available separately.
Do you provide floor plans?
Yes. We offer professionally generated floor plans with approximate dimensions.
Do you offer Zillow 3D Tours?
Yes. Zillow 3D Tours & Floorplans are included with all of our packages and are also available as a standalone service.
DELIVERY
How quickly will I receive my photos?
Our goal is to provide a fast, dependable turnaround while maintaining the quality of the finished product. Media is always delivered by the close of the business day following the photography appointment, but we are frequently able to deliver the very same day.
How are my photos delivered?
Your completed media is delivered digitally through your client gallery, where you can pay, view, download and share your files with just one click.
Can I share the media with my seller?
Absolutely. Your delivered gallery makes it easy to share the finished media with your clients.
