What is your turn-around time?
Photography projects are always delivered by the end of the next day, following the photography assignment. Don’t be surprised if they are delivered the very same evening.
What is your service area?
Assignments within about 20 miles of downtown Portland OR and Vancouver WA encompse our general service area. If you have an assignment further out, please contact me. I am happy to travel (for an additional fee). I’ve traveled as far as the Oregon Coast, Bend, Eugene, and Olympia for my clients. Have a listing in Hawaii? Let’s talk about it!
How many photos can I expect?
I don’t put a hard number on real estate photography assignments. I have photographed listings ranging from 300 square foot Airbnbs that only required a handful of photos, to larger homes requiring many more photos. I will take as many photos as needed to fully show the entire home. On a typical sized home (1,000-3,000 sq. ft.) you can expect at least 30 to 40 images.
Is everything included in the price?
Each assignment includes photography, full post-production editing, and delivery. There is never an extra charge for blue skies, fires in the fireplace, or TV simulated images.
How much experience do you have?
Quite a bit. I have been photographing homes for 9 years and I’ve photographed over 7,000 properties.
